Dr. Ines Fernandez Dr. Fernandez earned her Doctorate of Optometry from Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. She is a therapeutic optometrist specializing in the treatment of eye diseases as well as prescribing and managing difficult contact lens problems. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and Westchester Rockland Putnam Optometric Society. Dr. Fernandez speaks fluent Spanish, enjoys caring for patients of all ages and is committed to providing the best quality eye-care.
